The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination or harassment with respect to any employee by reasons provided in The Saskatchewan Human Rights Code or The Saskatchewan Employment Act, nor by reason of gender identity or gender expression; nor by reason of membership or activity in the Union.
