The collective agreement between the University of Saskatchewan (hereinafter called the Employer) and the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 3287 (Sessional Lecturers) (hereinafter called the Union) from September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2025

6.01

The Union shall have the right to have the assistance of representative(s) of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such representative(s) shall also have access to University premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of grievances.
