Article 5 – No Strike/No Lockout

RESIDENT DOCTORS OF SASKATCHEWAN (RDOS)

The collective agreement between the University of Saskatchewan (hereinafter "the Employer" and the Resident Doctors of Saskatchewan (hereinafter PAIRS and/or RDOS and/or "the Union") for the period January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014.

5.1

There shall be no strike, slow-down, or other interruption of training/employment in any form on the part of RDoS or any Resident represented by RDoS during the term of this Collective Agreement.

5.2

There shall be no lockout by the Employer during the term of this Collective Agreement.
