This is intended to reflect the practices as of May 1, 2019 at the University of Saskatchewan with respect to non-unionized employees, excluding those covered by the Exempt Staff handbook and Senior Administrators.

15.1 Access to Official Personnel File

Employees shall have the right to examine their official personnel file maintained by the college. Examination of the file shall be kept in confidence. Employees may add to the file a response to any document contained therein.

15.2 Confidential Documents

The university is committed to maintaining employee confidentiality. Access to file information will be subject to provincial privacy laws.
