The Employer shall provide all Employees with appropriate office space, where required for the conduct of the assigned duties.


The Employer agrees to provide Employees with access to and use of available libraries, books, duplicating services, office supplies, computing equipment including software, audio-visual equipment, laboratory supplies, personal protective equipment, and any other University facilities, free of charge, when they are required in the performance of the Employees’ contractual duties and responsibilities.


Provided prior approval has been given by the person designated by the Department or College, the Employer shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable travel or other expenses incurred for employment-related activities in accordance with university policies and travel expense guidelines, including departmental level expense guidelines.
