The College of Graduate and Post-doctoral Studies will inform Post-doctoral Fellows of professional development opportunities.

Career development opportunities may be available for Postdoctoral Fellows through the assignment of additional duties or through other short-term appointments with the Employer. These opportunities must be discussed with and approved, in advance, by the Supervisor and in consultation with Human Resources.

Where the University hosts events or learning opportunities in support of or alignment with our strategic priorities, supervisors will make reasonable efforts to support the attendance of interested employees without loss of pay or benefits, where work will not be unreasonably disrupted.
